He honestly stands there for a good few moments, staring at empty space. While his brain catches up with the process here. One moment, the sick guy was in front of him. The next Mithrun was just...? Where? Footfall catches his attention, and he whirls.

He doesn't reach out this time. Mithrun doesn't seem to appreciate that. Instead, he just steps up to stand even with the other, hands sort of hovering.
"You don't seem fine. At least - let me walk you home? I can't make you stay, but please... you're still not stable."
